Worship of the Faithful and Discrete Slave?

they're constantly reminding jws that all spiritual food is provided via the fds and how the wtbts are jehovah's chosen representatives.. and the nebulous hypothetical question that the wtbts has been asking of late of (paraphrased) 'will you accept and obey direction from the fds, no matter how strange it may appear?
' they insinuate that "in the last days," jws may be issued instructions that may, at first, appear to be outlandish, but that their very survival depends on it.. it was ominously mentioned at the last dc and was mentioned again several times in congregational meetings, especially during the book study which not surprisingly is the revelation book.. the first problem here is, the current gb, the very ones responsible for "providing food at the proper time" are not among the annoited.

The first problem here is, the current GB, the very ones responsible for "providing food at the proper time" are not among the annoited. They're comprised of the other sheep. The WTBTS clearly has stated that it is the FDS who is responsible for providing the so called "food at the proper time." I'm curious as to what the real FDS says about this.
Second problem, all the way back in the Old Testament, Jehovah constantly reminded the Jews that he was a jealous god and would not tolerate any worship to anyone or anything other than him. The WTBTS has become a broken record concerning the FDS. They've come to focus so much on the FDS that it sounds suspiciously like worship. They try to gloss it over by also reminding JWs that the FDS is carrying out Jehovah's commandments, but it seems like the FDS is discussed as frequently as Jehovah and with almost as much reverence.
I remember back in the 70's, 80's and early to mid 90's, the FDS wasn't discussed as much as they are now. Plus, there is more annoited now than there were back then!
Weirdness (more so than usual!) is brewing here. I'm beginning to think that very soon, the Dubs are going to be worshipping the FDS, insofar as worshipping won't be "worshipping" because the WTBTS will still be claiming that they only worship Jehovah. But they'll force the Dubs to swallow it by "reasoning" with them that since the FDS = Jehovah's chosen earthly organization and representation, then the FDS is due the same reverence as Jehovah might expect, and to disrespect the FDS and disregard the FDS' directives, is the same as disrespecting and disregarding Jehovah.
The Dubs won't batt an eye either. Why? Because they're being groomed for it now. Hell, most times during the prayers, Jehovah is thanked for "his loving provision of the FDS."
I can easily see the GB pulling off half cocked directions (e.g. 'fleeing to safety,' selling off all assets and sending it to the WTBTS) and telling shocked JWs that the FDS has directed this. By this time, JWs will have slowly been indoctrinated that FDS = Jehovah, so they'll do it without a second thought.
If this is really the case, then the JW religion is an idolatrous one since worship is directed away from Jehovah, or at the very least, shared with the FDS.
Am I really off base here?

Critical Reading
by megs inone of the most important things i learned in university was critical reading... when you read something, look at who's writing it, are they credible, do they have a known bias?
if they are quoting, is the quote taken in context?
the wts seem to be masters at trying to curtail critical thinking because then their bias, credibility and context would be shot.!

I go through the motions to make my devout JW parents happy, but the WTBTS will never again have my faith, my obedience, or my mind!

The WT panders to the lowest common denominator by preference. When you read a WT, you get a distinct feeling that you are preceived as an idiot or child. This is not an accident. When you treat a person like an incompetent moron enough, their behavior will follow suit and soon, they won't be able to think for themselves. This is right where the WTBTS wants you, unsure of your ability to think rationally. Once you stop trusting your own reason and judgement, you're all to happy to blindly accept what you're told.
This is also why they're petrified of college education because a person is taught how to think critically. This is why they're clamping down on it because 2 years at even a community college level is enough to turn a true believer into an apostate.
This is why every mundane behavior is scrutinized. If you control even the smallest behavior, the person ceases to be an individual and becomes an automaton. A proper JW will agonize over clothing selections, TV shows, leisure time activities and so on.
I was a born-in, and started doubting them when I was a teenager. Want to know what it was? Many things, but primarily it was reading Orwell's 1984. I remember thinking, 'Wow! This could be talking about the JWs!'
So that started me questioning why the WTBTS did what they did. When I started doing that, I was able to see the subtle, yet high control tactics.

Excellent! The JWs aren't Christian because they follow the FDS instead of Jesus. Soon they'll probably release "new light" instructing all JWs to pray to Jehovah through them and it'll be considered apostacy to speak of Jesus. After all, they are the ones representing Jehovah, donchaknow!
The Dubs don't even realize it, but they're all idolators. They're about 2 steps away from actually worshiping the FDS.

I took a certified course too. The DMV waived the riding test and I only had to take the written. My insurance was discounted too.
In my state, they're considering making it mandatory for all new riders to take a class and some insurance companies are already requiring it.
What makes my hair stand on end is to see these early 20's guys on powerful sport bikes like Ninjas and Ducatis. They're out there on the highway in heavy traffic weaving in and out and popping wheelies.

When I first got my bike and started riding, several people I know would e-mail me pictures of motorcycle accidents from Rotten.com.
It got annoying because I'm very aware of what can happen. I ride with the attitude that everyone is out to kill me on my motorcycle so I drive aggressively defensive.
Finally I told them to quit it because they shouldn't upset me and actually cause me to wreck.
